Eligibility
Arizona resident with a service-connected VA disability rating of 10% or higher. Household income limit: cannot exceed $39,865 (no minor/disabled children) or $47,826 (with minor or disabled children residing in home) for 2026 tax year. Social Security, military pension, and VA disability income are excluded from the income calculation. Must re-file annually with county assessor (application window: first Monday of January through March 1). Must submit VA Summary of Benefits Letter.
