Wyoming resident for 3+ years prior to claiming AND one of the following: served during WWI, WWII, Korean War, or Vietnam War; served overseas during an armed conflict and received an Armed Forces Expeditionary Medal (or equivalent); has any compensable service-connected disability rating certified by the VA; or served 20+ years in the National Guard or Reserves and is eligible for military retired pay. Surviving spouses can continue receiving the benefit until remarriage. Property must be owned by the veteran and/or spouse as of January 1.
