Eligibility

Veteran of U.S. Armed Forces or Virginia National Guard. 100% service-connected, permanent and total disability rating from the VA. One vehicle, owned and used primarily by or for the qualifying veteran. Spouse-purchased vehicle qualifies if used primarily by/for the veteran.

Vehicle restrictions

Exemption is restricted to passenger sedans, SUVs, and pickup trucks under 10,000 lbs. Motorcycles, trailers, RVs, motorhomes, and ATVs are explicitly ineligible.
