Eligibility
Must own and use property as primary residence. Veteran must have one of: permanent and total service-connected disability as determined by the VA; 100% disability rating from former POW status; paraplegia or permanent paralysis of both legs; loss of (or permanent loss of use of) two or more limbs; or legal blindness from a service-connected cause. Surviving spouses may also qualify.
Maximum market value on which relief is calculated: $175,000.
