Eligibility
Must own and use property as primary residence. Must have 100% permanent and total service-connected disability, OR 100% as former POW, OR permanent paralysis of both legs and lower body, OR loss/permanent loss of use of two or more limbs, OR legal blindness from a service-connected cause. Surviving spouses may also qualify. No income limit.

File form F-16 at your County Trustee's office by the annual deadline.
