Eligibility
100% permanent service-connected disability (or TDIU), OR service-connected blindness/paraplegia/loss of two or more limbs. Must have served during a recognized period of war or armed conflict. Honorable discharge. PA resident. Annual income at or below $114,637 (as of Jan 1, 2025) creates presumption of financial need.
