Note

This is Missouri's general "Circuit Breaker" property tax credit — it is not a veteran-only benefit. 100% disabled veterans qualify under the 100% disabled criterion, but so do other 100% disabled individuals and low-income seniors (age 65+).

Eligibility

Missouri resident who is EITHER (a) age 65+, (b) 100% disabled (any cause, including VA service-connected rating), or (c) a 60+ surviving spouse. Income limits apply (approximately $30,000 single / $34,000 married for renters; higher for homeowners — verify current-year limits).

How to apply

File Form MO-PTC with the Missouri Department of Revenue.

Always confirm current rates and rules with the Missouri state agency before applying.
