Eligibility
Veteran with loss or loss of use of one hand, foot, or eye due to service-connected disability. Must own and occupy as domicile.
Covers
$750 base statutory exemption (MGL Ch. 59 ยง5 Cl. 22A). Under HERO Act local options, municipalities may double the amount to $1,500 (Clause 22J) and/or annually CPI-adjust it (Clause 22I).
