About this benefit
Eligibility
VA-determined 100% disability rating, OR deemed unemployable due to service-connected disability (per HERO Act, eligibility is now based on VA determination rather than RMV Medical Advisory Board). Vehicle must be owned by the veteran and used for non-commercial purposes. Must have DV plates on the vehicle. Limited to ONE passenger vehicle or pickup truck.
