Iowa resident; honorably discharged veteran who served a minimum of 18 months active duty, OR served less than 18 months and was discharged due to a service-connected injury, OR a Reserve/National Guard member with 20+ years of service, OR a Reserve/Guard member who served 90+ days on federal active duty (not training). No disability rating required.
