Honorable discharge; Georgia resident; must own and occupy the home as primary residence; VA-verified 100% total and permanent service-connected disability, OR rated unemployable (IU), OR receiving statutory awards for loss/permanent loss of use of limbs or sight, OR eligible for specially adapted housing under 38 U.S.C. 2101.
