Overview
Eligibility (per Governor's press release on Public Act 24-46): Served in the U.S. Army, Navy, Marine Corps, Coast Guard, Air Force, or Space Force; have a permanent and total disability rating as determined by the VA; reside in Connecticut; file an exemption application with the town assessor.
