Eligibility
Veteran who qualifies for a federal VA Specially Adapted Housing (SAH) grant under 38 U.S.C. 2102, or their unremarried surviving spouse. Must own and occupy the home. Regardless of property value. Legal basis: Alabama Code 40-9-20.
